2018 Absecon Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

8:30am – Kids’ Patriotic Bicycle Brigade assembly
9:00am – Parade
Assembly for the annual Kids’ Patriotic Bicycle Brigade will begin at 8:30am at the First National Bank of Absecon. Absecon’s annual Memorial Day parade will begin at 9am at American Legion Post 28 (560 New Jersey Avenue). The parade can be viewed along New Jersey Avenue through the downtown area, along Shore Road between Dr. Coombs and Pitney House, and along Church Street. Following the parade, a Memorial Day ceremony will be held at Veterans Park.
2018 Egg Harbor Township Memorial Day Parade

9:00am
Egg Harbor Township’s annual Memorial Day parade will begin at 9am from Zion Road and North Mt. Airy Avenue. The parade will march west on Zion Road, turn onto Ocean Heights Avenue, and conclude at Veterans Memorial Park.
2018 Margate City Memorial Day Parade

Margate’s annual Memorial Day parade will begin at 10am from Margate City Hall (formerly Union Avenue School). The parade will march to the All Wars Memorial (Mansfield and Ventnor Avenues) where there will be a ceremony and wreath laying. In the event of inclement weather, the Memorial Day ceremony will take place at Margate City Hall.
2018 Northfield Memorial Day Ceremony

The Northfield Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at Veteran’s Park (1913 Oak Avenue) at 9:30am. In the event of rain the Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at American Legion Post 295 (232 W. Mill Road).
2018 Somers Point Memorial Day Parade

11:00am
The annual Somers Point Memorial Day parade will begin at 11am at Dawes Avenue School. The parade will march down Shore Road, concluding at Patriots Park (Bethel Road and First Street). A Memorial Day ceremony will follow at Patriot Park.
