Summit PAL Halloween Parade

Everyone and their mummy will be at the Summit PAL Halloween Parade! This family-friendly Halloween event will feature ghoulish goodies, spook-tacular live entertainment, and the annual chilling costume contest! The parade will begin at DeForest Avenue, march to Beechwood Road, turn onto Springfield Avenue, and then proceeds to Maple Street, ending on Summit’s Village Green (356 Broad Street).
