The Essex County Strut Your Mutt: Pet Costume Parade has become a favorite Halloween event for the community to enjoy. Dog owners are invited to show off their creative talents, celebrate their pets, and share in a happy event with other dog owners. Bring your pet or just come to see the creative costumes on display. Prizes will be awarded. Registration at 9:15am. Rain Date – October 22.
