Join the NJ Tree Foundation, the Promise Team, and Neighbors of North 36th Street as we dig holes, plant trees, lay mulch, and have fun at this community tree planting event! This is part of the NJ Tree Foundation’s “Trees for Trails” project to bring more beautiful trees to the regional Circuit Trail network. Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and wear clothes you can get dirty. This event is rain or shine. Drop by to sign up for the local bike-share program, or bring your own bike for minor repairs and maintenance from our friends at Rails-to-Trails Conservancy!

Celebrate Earth Day at the 7th Sustainable Cherry Hill Earth Festival at the historic Croft Farm in Cherry Hill. 5000 visitors are expected to be part of the family-friendly Earth Day event that includes bike rides (8 a.m. registration), entertainment, earth-friendly displays, healthy food choices, a Phillie Phanatic appearance, and more. Admission to this Earth Day event is free; food and beverages available for purchase. This event will be held rain or shine.
