The Verona Park Fishing Derby is an opportunity for kids to have a great time creating their own ‘big fish’ stories and spend some quality time with friends and families in one of Essex County’s beautiful parks. Everyone is invited to come out and cast their lines.

For Children Ages 15 and Under. It’s FREE to enter and you can win a prize! Bring your own fishing pole, bait, chair, bucket and family!

• Registration begins at 5pm
• Derby begins at 6pm
• Award presentations begin at 7:45pm
• Children are encouraged to bring their own fishing poles
