Nestled deep in Crossford Woods, the New Jersey Renaissance Faire infuses medieval history with a healthy dose of magic. The faire re-creates a Northern England town, complete with live shows and skilled artisans, while bringing a different hero out of time and space each year. In past seasons, King Arthur, William Shakespeare, and The Three Musketeers have all entered the village on quests to fend off curses or save their futures. Meanwhile, the faire goes on around them, with vendors selling turkey legs and meat pies to hungry patrons, costumed actors creating street theatre on dirt paths, and artists selling glass, metal, and wooden crafts. for the 2018, we welcome the Irish Pirate Queen- Grace O’Malley!
