Mermaids, sea witches, pirates, and all manner of fanciful sea creatures will descend upon Asbury Park’s boardwalk in droves this Saturday for the 3rd Annual Asbury Park Promenade of Mermaids. The event will include a costume contest and prizes will be awarded in a number of categories including King, Queen, Best Adult Costume, and Best Children’s Costume.
