Wow – tomorrow is September! How did that happen?!?! Well, it’s the “unofficial” last week of summer in New Jersey and many of us will be spending it at the Jersey Shore, but there are a lot of great events happening all over New Jersey this week! 1. Thunder Over The Boardwalk – Atlantic City Air Show

The 13th Annual Atlantic City Air Show, Thunder Over the Boardwalk, is the largest free event on Atlantic City’s summer calendar, and the largest air show of its kind! This year’s spectacular show features the US Navy Blue Angels, the US Army Golden Knights elite parachute jump team, a US Coast Guard Search and Rescue Demonstration, as well as some of the best aerobatic pilots in the country!

2. Jazz It Up Wine Festival

September 5th & 6th, 2015

Visit the Jazz It Up Wine Festival at Allaire Village for two days of fine wine and cool jazz! 3. AirFest at NASW Aviation Museum

Visit the 19th Annual AirFest at the NAS Wildwood Aviation Museum for a once in a lifetime opportunity to view, explore and even take a flight in World War II aircraft such as a B-24 Liberator, P-51 Mustang, and a B-17 Flying Fortress . The event will also feature music, living history exhibitors, food, vendors, and more. There will be lots of fun things to do and see for visitors of all ages! 5. Wildwood Block Party & Music Festival

Celebrate the end the summer season at Wildwood Block Party & Music Festival this weekend. This family-friendly festival will feature tons of fun things to do including games, crafts, rides, awesome food, and continuous free live entertainment featuring Purple Reign, The Jeremiah Hunter Band, Tonna Sacca & Denise Clemente, The Comets, Joe Montello, and Georgie Young. To top it all off a special appearance by musical icon Chubby Checker is scheduled to celebrate the 55th anniversary of “The Twist” first being introduced to the world right here in Wildwood, NJ at the Rainbow Club!
